As we roll out our new Prime platform, we aim to improve your experience and promptly fix and bugs that may be encountered.
If you have made a deposit to your account, and it has been cleared by your bank, but does not appear in your Prime account, try the following:
- Log out
- Log in
- On your home page, click the "Refresh" icon right above "Balance"
NOTE: Please note that currently, our ACH deposits can sometimes take 7-10 days to clear.
